Originally from Southern California, Amy started cycling almost 20 years ago and has been teaching on and off ever since—with a few breaks to start a family. She strives to make her rides inclusive, and takes all fitness levels into account so that everyone will be appropriately challenged. Amy wants her riders to leave class feeling energized and focused, both physically and mentally. She believes the studio is the perfect place to not only challenge the body, but to also take a break from the noise of daily life. She’s had so many epiphanies and amazing moments of clarity on the bike—now, she wants to share that with you!
