Amanda has always been passionate about health and fitness but decided to make the jump into the industry professionally about a year and a half ago, when she discovered the magic that group fitness can be. Her mix of hip hop and EDM jams are sure to have you dancing. Her hope is that her riders leave the room feeling inspired, stronger, and more confident than when they arrived. Working out should not be a punishment, but rather a celebration of what your body is capable of! When she’s not teaching under the red lights, Amanda can be found teaching boxing and kickboxing around Boston, being a marketing/event planning extraordinaire, playing with her puppy Po, or binge-watching true crime documentaries (while eating pizza).
