Amanda grew up in the suburbs of Boston where she played competitive soccer and lacrosse. After college craving competition she threw her energy into marathons and triathlons. She brings her experience as a competitive athlete into her class and believes being an athlete is a mindset not a physicality. Amanda promotes movement as medicine and first and foremost will ask riders to listen to their body and take the class at whatever pace they can handle that day. She appreciates the power of curating a playlist that builds riders up to push them to new limits mentally and physically.
