As a retired competitive Irish dancer of 18 years, staying physically active has always been an important component of my life. I have previous experience coaching speed, strength, and agility classes at the youth, high school, and college level and knew I had to get back into teaching when I took my first CycleBar class! I love that with every beat drop and drop of sweat each rider can work toward their goals while feeling empowered by the supportive community around them. When I am not on the bike, you can catch me working with students at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and most likely spending time at a local coffee shop or with my friends and family.
