Lydia
Lydia recently moved to Knoxville after graduating from Baylor University in May of 2021. She's currently in grad school working on her master’s in Speech-Language Pathology at UT. She immediately joined the CycleBar family when she moved here, and escaping to the studio quickly became the highlight of her day! She's honored to walk alongside you—both inside and outside of the studio—as you grow and change together. What can you expect when you come to her class? Hip hop, big beat drops, and sassy choreo.
