Emma is a longtime fitness enthusiast and especially loves working out in a group. She believes that the best workouts help you to find balance in the body and in the mind, and that the best way to find that balance is by working hard while having fun. You’ll find a hint of dance party, a healthy dose of hard work, and a lot of positive energy as she encourages you to find your edge and get out of your comfort zone. Outside of the theatre, Emma spends her days urban hiking around town with her husband and baby boy, skiing or enjoying a great meal, hopefully with a glass of wine.
