As an athlete growing up and into college, the confidence and strength found through fitness and living a healthy lifestyle was an empowering passion that Brit knew she wanted to share with others. When not teaching fitness, you can find Brit cross-training, styling, but mostly with her pom, Bella aka Bear. Also a Barre instructor, she brings dedication, knowledge, and tons of energy with every class. With her love of indoor cycling and music combined, each class is sure to leave you breathless and wanting more! She knows that the greatest challenges come with the most fulfilling rewards and is excited to help you achieve your fullest potential on and off the bike.
