Sarah came to cycling via dance, playlists, and a lot of push-ups. When she first tried a class at the gym, she bruised her butt, felt bored, and gave up. Then indoor cycling evolved. CycleBar harnesses music which allows her to dance on the bike, race against her stats, and always get better. Sarah loves the challenge and she knows that you will too. She is less impressed by strength than by what we do with it.
