Vicki got her start teaching barre classes. When the studio added a cycling class, she transitioned her focus on proper alignment on the bike to maximize power and correct muscle engagement. As a competitive swimmer, Vicki enjoys the cross-over of taking workouts from the pool and tailoring them to make exciting cycling classes. Above all, she loves to see riders succeed after a tough class. Vicki gets real with her riders and shares herself honestly with everyone. Whether it’s 5:45am or 6:45pm, or you’re in class to work off aggression or just to have a little fun, she’s ready for your energy!
