Katie got started with indoor cycling a few years ago at her local gym. She enjoyed the workout, but it wasn’t until she started riding at indoor cycling boutiques that she really fell in love with the ride. As an instructor, Katie motivates others keeping a positive attitude and sharing her passion for health and fitness. When you ride with Katie, first and foremost, she hopes you leave feeling accomplished! Whether you are super excited to be in class, or had to drag yourself there (we all have those days), you can leave class knowing you tackled challenges and had a great workout—and a ton of fun. Katie is here to encourage, connect, and help you to ensure that each class is a great experience for you.
