As a registered dietitian, Paulina fully understands the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Fitness has always been an escape for her; a treat to get away from the daily stresses of life. Paulina wants her riders to come to class for that same experience, ultimately leaving feeling lighter and accomplished. She wants them to be so engaged and entertained that everything that’s going on outside of the studio completely fades away for those 50 minutes. Paulina hopes to inspire and motivate others by encouraging them to lean into the resistance and come out at the end realizing they can do ANYTHING!
