Sam, a Hip Hop and Zumba® instructor who loves to change things up, was looking to incorporate another form of low-impact cardio into her routine, and she found indoor cycling! She loves that it is easy on her joints—and she loves the way it makes her feel even more. As an instructor, this fun and challenging motivator wants to remind her riders that they are capable and amazing. Sam believes that we don’t give ourselves enough credit most times! She hopes that you walk away from her classes feeling amazing, loving the music, and wondering when you can ride again.
