Originally from North Carolina, Trice began her fitness career as a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor. She helped people achieve their goals through weigh training, bodyweight exercises, TRX, Kettlebells, and resistance bands. She then transitioned into cycling, where she teaches classes in person and virtually through Nordictrack. Expect an insanely fun environment where you are free to let loose, be yourself, and have a great workout!
