As a former collegiate track athlete, Mallori first discovered indoor cycling as a low impact form of cross-training. She believes the best part about indoor cycling is that not only does the music carry you through your workout, but it also allows you to shut out all other distractions and provide you with 45 minute escape from reality. In Mallori’s classes you will hear a mix of Hip Hop, EDM, and Alternative, leaving you feeling empowered and proud knowing that you gave it everything you had.
