After multiple soccer injuries, Amelia had to find a workout that would go easy on her joints. When she discovered indoor cycling, she found that it really made her feel like she was a part of something — while still being highly individualized. As an instructor, Amelia wants her riders to feel like they didn’t just ride for 50 minutes to burn calories — they did it to have a good time, too. She hopes to motivate others with her positive attitude on and off the bike, and describes her rides as a place where you can truly feel like a part of a group.
