Growing up, Katie’s focus was on running track, but after having kids, it became too hard on her body. She needed something that would be lower impact on her body, but still competitive enough for her soul. That’s where indoor cycling came in. Katie’s rides are fun, energetic, and empowering, and she wants her riders to be challenged every time—leaving sweaty, but happy. She hopes to inspire others to accomplish their goals, and truly believes that what challenges us will make us stronger if we choose to face it. What you want to change is achievable!
