Having completed several marathons, stair climbing events and obstacle course races, Erwin found indoor cycling to be the perfect cross-training exercise to complement other forms of exercise such as strength and cardio endurance training.  As an instructor, Erwin encourages others to not only get to their limits but also push through them in order to extend those mental and physical boundaries a little further every class.   When you ride with Erwin, he hopes that you leave feeling motivated and inspired to take on the challenges of the day.
