As an instructor, Aimee understands that everyone comes for something different. Her goal is to create a safe and fun space for riders to spend 45 of their day focused on self care. She will always ask you to try to step out of your comfort zone and challenge you to see what changes. For Aimee, there is nothing that motivates her more than watching someone’s day, week, or month improve because they made a choice to come take a class.
