I came to indoor cycling after years of practicing and teaching yoga. I immediately fell in love with the rhythmic connection between my body and the music that cycling offered. I bring a passion for mindfulness, introspection and self-study. I encourage students to push themselves outside of their comfort zones and to also understand the “why” behind their actions, choices and habits so they can may continue to evolve on and off the bike. Expect an inspired, elevated and creative workout that will leave you feeling strong in your body and mind!
