I’m a triathlete, registered yoga teacher, and certified spin instructor since 2014. Indoor cycling is the perfect combination of kicka$$ cardio, meditative “me time,” and a heart-pounding music experience. My mom actually took me to my first indoor cycling class! She had been doing it for years, and I walked into it pretty blindly thinking, “how hard can it be?” That first class was definitely tough … but after it was over, I couldn’t wait to get back on the bike!
