Although I have no prior fitness instructing experience, it has always been something that I’ve wanted to do. I have backgrounds in sports and the performing arts, both being passions that provided me with ways to express myself – be it on the field or on a stage. It wasn't until my college years that I discovered indoor cycling, and I was instantly addicted. I knew I wanted to make an impact on others’ lives and fitness journeys the same way other instructors had made an impact on mine. I want people who come to my class to feel empowered, strong, and realize that we are all capable of much more than we give ourselves credit for. We only get better by stepping out of our comfort zone, and I’m here to get you there one day at a time. Outside of the studio, I recently graduated from American University in Washington D.C. and am currently pursuing my M.S. in Physician Assistant studies.
