After finishing her Division 1 college lacrosse career Lyndsay found herself in a major fitness rut, she missed the challenging workouts and the team mentality. While training for her first marathon a friend suggested cross training with indoor cycling which she was hesitant to try because it was so different than her normal training habits. After entering her first class, Lyndsay knew she was in the right place and immediately became hooked, she loved the physical challenges balanced by the mental aspects of indoor cycling and of course the contagious energy in the room. When taking Lyndsay’s class she wants you to feel strong both physically and mentally and unstoppable on the bike. You will leave Lyndsay’s class proud of your accomplishments and with a big smile.
