Originally from Denver, Colorado, Sarah is an outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about ultra running, rock climbing, and cooking healthy food. She works as a CPA by day, and enjoys spending free time with her Border Collie, Tru. Sarah started riding at Cyclebar as a way to cross-train for running, and was instantly hooked on the exciting, challenging, and addicting workout. She loves helping others unlock their limitless potential and become the best version of themselves, both on and off the bike. It is her belief that cycling is a great way to tap into the incredible strength that is in each and every one of us.
