Justin is a relative newcomer down the path of fitness, nutrition, and personal growth. On his journey, a friend introduced to him to indoor cycling, and it was love at first ride. Justin loved incorporating up-tempo cardio and strength, and he felt more confident with every ride. For the first time in his life, he began to look forward to working out—and realized that he wanted to become an instructor.
