Lindsey
As a lifelong athlete and former attorney, Lindsey constantly seeks out new challenges and opportunities to push the boundaries of her comfort zone. And when CycleBar came into her life, she knew this was going to be a long-term relationship. After four years of teaching, she decided to take the plunge into full-time fitness as a member of our franchise's corporate team. She serves all 8 of our studio locations as the Director of Instructor Experience while teaching her regular classes here at Fritz Farm. When she's not in the studio or on the road for work, you can find her hanging out with her husband and 2 dogs, coaching high school swimming, or competing in triathlons all across the country. Lindsey is always ready to try something new and her classes are no different. Come join the party!
