Kaia is a sub-three-hour marathoner, a top 100 female finisher in the 2016 Boston Marathon, and a former collegiate scholarship athlete. She started taking her roommate’s indoor cycling classes while attending the University of Tampa. It only took a few sessions for her to get hooked, and soon after, she found herself inspired to become an instructor, too. Kaia wants her riders to leave the studio with a sense of accomplishment. She hopes to inspire others to keep moving forward — we’re all on our own fitness journeys, and getting started is half the battle. Kaia is a self-proclaimed health food guru and meal prep master who loves to cook. She’s currently finishing up a Ph.D. in Pharmacology through the College of Medicine at UK.
