Growing up, Kailey “Kails” danced for many years, which fueled her love for exercise. While in college, she got certified in group exercise by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and began teaching various kinds of group exercise, including Zumba, barre, Pilates, and boot camp. After taking an intro class at CycleBar, she fell in love with indoor cycling and decided to add this new challenge to her teaching resume. Kails loves exercise because no matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can always push yourself past what you thought was possible. She uses that drive and motivation to create a challenging class with some killer music to keep you coming back for more. Kails will leave you feeling not only proud of what you have accomplished, but also sweaty and smiling!
