I'm a first generation US Citizen. Both sides of my family live on the Grand Bahama Island. I'm a husband, father of 6 children, and a Veteran of the US Navy. As an athlete throughout high school and college and baseball player in both the Netherlands and South Korea, fitness and health have always been a big part of my life. My life revolves around my purpose and everyday is an opportunity to maximize my spiritual gift of encouragement through positive energy. I thoroughly enjoy the journey!
