Sarah is a mother of three, animal owner of six, and teacher of dance. She started indoor cycling a few years ago at her local gym, and was instantly hooked! As an instructor, Sarah inspires and motivates by reminding you that we all start somewhere and makes herself readily available for hugs and high fives after class. Positivity is powerful! When you ride with Sarah, she wants you to leave feeling less stressed and more relaxed. She also hopes that you are proud of yourself and your efforts—and that you carry that through the rest of your day.
