I had never taken a cycling class until I joined Cyclebar Hendersonville when they first opened in 2018. After just one class, I was hooked! My passion for Cyclebar continued to grow, and I became a Cyclestar in December 2019. Outside of Cyclebar I am a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse. I’m married to my husband Jeffery and we have a sweet fur baby named Winnie. I have always had a love for health and fitness and I feel completely in my element when I’m on the bike! My goal is to motivate, inspire, and encourage! If you come to my class we will work hard and get a great sweat in, but also have fun!
