Katie has been teaching and training for more than a decade and is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, group exercise instructor, marathon runner, bodybuilder, and CycleStar. She lives for fitness, a good Netflix binge, dry shampoo, and hard rock music. As an instructor, she believes you can do anything you set your mind to. Katie wants her riders leaving with an experience, not just a workout. She hopes to be your motivator, DJ, and friend.
