I love that Cyclebar is such a warm and welcoming place. Whether you're a new rider or a cycle pro, once you step into class, you're family. My signature music style are thick, gritty songs that make you WANT to ride like a bada$$. Think Billie Eilish, Johnny Cash, KUNGS, and some sick EDM beats. I like hard arm songs and when you're riding with me I'm going to challenge you to find your edge, then push it. Outside of CycleBar, I'm a full time Change Management Consultant. But I also teach yoga at multiple studios around the city, and I side hustle in real estate.I was born on the West Coast, raised on the East Coast, and became an adult on the Gulf Coast. I call New Orleans "home".
