Cycling has always connected me with people around me- from weekend rides with family and friends, to commuting to work, and now indoor cycling-which here is basically a dance party on a bike! There’s nothing quite like letting the beat of the music move your body. But also, as a cancer survivor, I do take my exercise pretty seriously. I never want to cheat myself out of a chance to get a little stronger, a little better, and that’s what I want for you! Push yourself outside your comfort zone and just see what happens. I want you to walk out of each class feeling like you gave it everything you had- and then maybe a little more.
