I am a high school teacher who has also been teaching group fitness for close to 5 years- I guess you can say I love teaching! I see exercise as a way to grow in all areas of wellness- it not only helps you grow stronger physically, but mentally and emotionally! My passion for teaching shows through my positive attitude and encouragement…I’ll always be there to cheer you on and help you become the best version of yourself possible! I want riders to leave feeling empowered! I want them to feel stronger, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally!
