Taylor

Taylor is a Registered Dietitian, marathoner, and wellness enthusiast who is passionate about helping others find what moves them. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes for over five years and while I’m the one creating and teaching the classes, I enjoy learning so much more from my participants. My goal is to guide you through a ride that moves YOU forward, wherever you are on your journey – no judgment here! All I ask it that you show up and give your best, and I promise I’ll do the same.
