I have been involved in health and fitness for close to 20 years. What started as a way to get in shape has turned into a daily passion. I used to be a workout video junkie, then started running marathons, began cycling, learned to swim and eventually joined the triathlon community. I have coached cyclists, triathletes and runners. I currently enjoy strength workouts, trail running and cycling – both indoor and outdoor. I think best when my body is moving! I love to share this lifestyle with others. It is very fulfilling to see others realize their potential. Riders will leave my class feeling challenged, accomplished and ready to take on anything life has to offer. They’ll find that boundaries are self imposed and that they are capable of more than they ever imagined.I want riders to leave my class feeling like that was the best 45 minutes they had all day. I want their minds to be clear, their bodies to feel strong and their souls to be ignited so they can be their very best in every other part of their life.
