Emily is a lifelong athlete. After playing tennis in college, she was burnt out and gave up on working out until finding group fitness a few years later. Right away, she began taking as many classes as possible, ultimately knowing she wanted to be behind the mic. Since 2016, Emily has taught barre, bootcamp and strength classes. In 2020, she went all-in on cycle. Emily strives for each class to feel connected - to the beat, the music, the riders in the room and most importantly yourself. Clip in and enjoy the ride!
