Bri is a born and bred Jersey girl with a passion for all things fitness. As a former competitive dancer, Bri instantly fell in love with indoor cycling through it's crafty fusion of music and rhythmic movement. Bri's high intensity classes will be sure to make you sweat with a smile as she is always striving to empower her riders and push them towards their personal best. A lover of all kinds of music, you'll hear everything from EDM, Alternative/Indie, Pop, Hip Hop (and maybe even an unsolicited joke or two) during Bri's class. When Bri isn't on the podium, you can find her teaching other forms of fitness ranging from HIIT to Trampoline cardio classes and everything else in between.
