A genuine athlete at heart, Sheri is passionate about indoor cycling as a vehicle to a healthy mind, body and spirit. She believes that the challenge indoor cycling presents pushes people to test their physical and personal limits. Sheri wants to create an upbeat environment that encourages positive thinking and positive results. Her classes are full of energy and are sure to get you motivated. She loves making exciting playlists and choreograph her classes so you’re guaranteed a fun ride – while getting your sweat on! Her philosophies as a coach and instructor are grounded in the belief that everyone can achieve their fitness goals provided they have a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment in which to develop their skills. In addition to indoor cycling, Sheri is a fitness competitor – actively training for shows– and a certified group fitness instructor.
