Growing up playing sports year-round, after graduating college, Ali was looking for a workout that could feed her competitive spirit and help stay in shape. She discovered indoor cycling was a great way to continue to challenge her strength, endurance and mental toughness on a daily basis. She loves that it can be a common denominator amoung everyone - it is a class that can be scaled to anyone's skill set, is an encouraging environment to work hard for yourself, and is a wonderful community of like-minded people. Ali's goal with each class is to motivate you to push past your mental limitations and have fun while doing it! Her mantra is "either one day, or day one" and she encourages anyone who steps into her class to allow their challenges to become an opportunity to grow and crush their goals.
