Karla discovered CycleBar at a moment when she was craving strength, both physically and mentally. She found that—plus community, new friends, and the ultimate de-stressor from her day job as a freelance food and wellness writer and restaurant brand manager. While she has a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and previously taught group fitness classes, she came to CycleBar first as a student. More than 100 classes later, she decided to enlist in CycleStar Bootcamp so she could try to inspire others to feel as strong, empowered, and happy as she does each time she steps off her sweaty bike. Expect all the challenge, none of the judgement, and an experience that will hopefully add “fun” to your definition of fitness (if it’s not there already!).
