Born and raised in Iowa, Michelle knows the weather is a challenge for riding outdoors half of the year so she brings the outdoor ride to the studio to keep that competitive edge as a cyclist. From training for triathlons to RAGBRAI to rhythm based movements she enjoys a variety of rides. After being introduced to Cyclebar she instantly fell in love with the “dance on the bike” routine in the dark studio, lost in the music. Michelle has taught group fitness classes for over 15 years including bootcamp and Yoga weight training, inspiring her students to make time for themselves and lead a healthy lifestyle.
