With a degree in health promotion and business, seven years in corporate fitness, and a certified health and transformation coach; she engages people to become aware of the lifestyle being lived, figuring out the why underneath the why, and creating health enriched freedom. As an instructor, Alyssa aims to create an experience that will allow you to connect deeper within; mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Alyssa’s classes are a space that supports your true authentic self to show up and be loved unconditionally.
