Chelsea brings her strong spirit for strength and wellness to each of her classes. Hailing from the medical field, Chelsea’s strong passion to live a healthy lifestyle takes riders on a challenging ride, building strength from the inside out – while working muscle groups from head to toe. When not teaching cycle or lifting weights in the gym, she often spends her free time going to music festivals, concerts, and comedy shows which all form her into the fun person she is today! Her infectious passion spreads to every rider in her classes, with high intensity and energy levels.
