Tiffany Spach
Born and raised in NC, Tiffany grew up biking a variety of terrain from the mountains to the flat lands of the Carolina Coast. It was love at first ride! At age 13, Tiffany was the youngest rider to enter the 100 mile American Lung Association cycling event. Her passion for riding while cruising through spectacular views coupled with supporting her community and improving the lives of others gave her a sense of peace. Toss in many years of dance and she felt right at home at rhythm based class. She appreciates the opportunity to motivate and encourage riders so that they leave feeling accomplished and empowered to conquer their goals on the bike and in life.
