Dani started indoor cycling about 8 years ago when a friend suggested they check out a local class together. She found herself going back so often, the owner eventually approached her about teaching — and she hasn’t looked back since. As an instructor, Dani wants her riders to leave class feeling confident that they got an awesome workout. More importantly, she wants everyone to have a great time and be full of energy. Dani hopes her no-pressure approach will remind riders to take it slow and not take everything so seriously. She believes the more you make your workouts fun and the less you worry about them, the more likely you are to stick with it and reach your goals.
