Candy started teaching group fitness in the late 90s, and as a triathlete, she found cycling to be a great fit. A runner at heart, she loves the amazing physical benefits that indoor cycling offers. Her riding style focuses on balance; she wants her riders to feel like they worked hard, but also make it such a good time that they wish the ride hadn’t ended. Candy believes small steps make for big improvements, and she hopes to encourage people of all fitness levels to improve with those small changes.
