Meet Kelsey! You'll recognize her from her enthusiastic personality and her love of helping people. Exercise has always been a good time and a stress relief to her, so when a friend introduced her to CycleBar originally she never realized how much someone could enjoy some thing and get healthier at the same time! CycleBar has guided her in strength, dedication, and pure happiness. She's always enjoyed listening to music, so making a remix for a playlist is a bonus! When she isn't teaching at CycleBar, she is taking care of people as an RN at KU Med. Aside from her job, she love spending time with my family, friends, and her two adorable cats Yeti and Yoda! You won’t regret your classes with her!!
