Kara first taught group fitness classes at Ohio State University after completing the BuckeyeFIT fitness leaders and mentors training program. She began teaching Barre and Pilates before getting her indoor cycling certification. Her former dance training inspires music as the driving, motivating force behind every class. Kara believes that movement is the most reliable source of joy, solace, and strength. She loves to celebrate what each unique individual has to bring to the team in a class setting. Kara also enjoys rock climbing, lifting, and dancing.
