After a short stint as a corporate lawyer, Farah’s journey into the fitness industry began when her love of dance led her to teach Zumba. From there, indoor cycling was not far behind. Farah believes in constant variation for the body and mind, which is evident in her own ever-changing workout lineup—cycling, boxing, SLT, yoga, circuit training, and even barre.
